Productivity and Automation

With the combination of hardware scanner and system-controlled process flow, WMS aims to improve operation productivity, information flow, communication, automate repetitive and manual tasks. It also intended to reduce the reliance on paper printout, human error, communication overhead and item mispicking.

1) Goods Issue

Allow user to create issue request and perform picking using Android handheld terminal. Status tracking funnel ensures all tasks are being completed. Print picklist directly to network printer in issuer store. Create KIV request for partially fulfilled request.

2) Goods Receipt

Synchronize purchase order with SAP or upload purchase order list using file. Allow user to perform goods receipt using Android handheld terminal. Record will be posted to SAP or any external system upon receiving goods.

3) Stock Transfer

Allow user to request for stock transfer between storage locations, perform picking using Android handheld terminal and tracking request status.

4) Stock Count

Allow user to create stock count or cycle count session. User performs counting and recording using Android handheld terminal. Upon submission of count record, stock count module automates discrepancy checking and show result in real-time. In addition, it allows user to generate PDF report and stock count sheet with a single click.

5) Master List

Keeps material master list and its information such as location, quantity, UOM, barcode, description and any additional fields required by the user. Allow user to sync master list with SAP®, importing by excel and manual entry. Master list provide material information to other modules in WMS.

6) Android Mobile And Tablet Application

Allow user to perform material picking, goods issue request, receiving goods, and stock counting with Windows tablet and Android handheld scanner.  

7) User And Access Control

Fine grained access matrix to control read, add, update and delete operation for every individual function, user, role, plant and storage location in WMS.

8) Audit Trail

Capture every transaction done by the users with detailed information. Audit trail function allows administrator to trace certain transaction easily with complete filter options. In addition, administrator will be able to export transaction list to excel file for yearly auditing purpose.

9) Vendor Barcode

Link material barcode number to vendors' own product barcode. You will be able to search material or scan received goods using vendor barcode.

10) Network Printer and Desktop Label Printer

Link network printers in your warehouse. With connected printers, you will be able to print picklist located in the issuer store directly. In addition, this module allows desktop label printer to be shared within local network.

11) Active Directory

Apart from WMS built-in user login authentication, administrator can switch selected users to authenticate with Microsoft Active Directory.

12) Omni Search

Omni search is an all-in-one search functionality that provides shortcut for users to search data system wide.

13) External System Integration

WMS is able to integrate with third-party application such as sap®, SFTP, third party logistics system, and external vendor depending on customers existing operation requirements.

14) Job Scheduler

Job scheduler synchronizes and posts data to and from external system periodically. It also checks for inactive user account.

Hardware Devices

WMS supports barcode, QR code scanning, RFID scanning and label printing functionalities for both Zebra and Honeywell devices. Our server, desktop client and android application are especially developed to fully utilize the capabilities of these devices. These include Zebra ZT510, TC51, ZD500, TC25, Honeywell RP series, CT60, CN80, PM42 and many more.

AWS Cloud Hosting

WMS is cloud ready. The core components include web, database, web API, LDAP, and file storage can run in AWS EC2 Windows or Linux. We help our customers to deploy application in customers owned cloud servers. We also offer cost effective SAAS subscription model where customers can access and use the application hosted in our AWS cloud server. Rest assured that your own application instance runs in an isolated container and your instance data is kept secured.
